Thank you for visiting and shopping at Magic Bus Co. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery: 4-8 business days) - Rs 80/- Free over Rs:1000/-

International Shipping (Standard): Estimated delivery 10-60 business days - Rs 300/-

International Shipping (Express): Estimated delivery 10-30 business days - Rs 400/-
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays or due to customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) Magic Bus Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For EU Customers: Please be aware of potential VAT or import duties applied upon arrival.

For Indian Customers: Shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
5. Damages and Lost Packages Magic Bus Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info.magicbusco@gmail.com so we can assist you in tracking it down.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered the correct delivery address. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
